    Have had this isp for about two years now, and it's hands down the worst Internet service provider I've ever had. Constant problems with towers going down, and false advertising on the speeds you pay for vs the speeds you actually get. I get it, it's shared satellite Internet, it's not great. Sometimes it actually works decently, but more often times than not, it's just overpriced, garbage. Switching to Rogers in a few days, would not recommend unless it was literally the only isp available to you.
